Planning
Prior to implementation, a functional analysis of the customer’s needs drives the software selection process. Our approach includes consideration of the entire life cycle of a given application, the environment in which it exists, and its role in that environment. The technology we recommend is based on our assessment of the best fit with the requirements of the system in action. A team approach helps to formulate the exact blend of expedience, function and accessibility that will measure up to the end-user’s requirements.

Implementation
Once the right approach has been agreed upon, we dedicate personnel with the appropriate experience to bring the project to life. From order to implementation our systems analysts and technicians coordinate each phase to insure a successful installation.

Training
After the system is installed, Paragon offers both on and offsite training to insure that the user understands the capabilities of the system and is equipped to maximize its impact. In addition, periodic topical seminars are planned to keep you up-to-date on the latest enhancements and procedures.

Support
Technical support is available by phone, onsite, and via remote computer access. All our efforts are geared to enhance our responsiveness to our customer’s support needs.

If you have chosen a source code product, Paragon can provide you with custom solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the off-the-shelf package and accommodate the specific requirements of your business.
